Mr. Abhishek Mohla brings over 25 years of diversified leadership experience spanning commercial strategy, market development, new-product expansion, and industry policy advocacy. Since joining Hindalco in 2006, he has held pivotal leadership roles, steering downstream portfolio expansion, strengthening customer-centric capabilities, and shaping strategic value creation for the organisation.

Recognised for his leadership and contributions, Mr. Mohlahas received The Economic Times 40 Under Forty honour and multiple Aditya Birla Group Chairman’s Awards — Young Achiever, Distinguished Achiever, and Exceptional Contributor — underscoring his sustained impact and industry-wide influence.

He serves as Director on the National Executive Council of IEEMA, is Vice President of the Indian Primary Copper Producers Association (IPCPA) and represents industry at leading global copper platforms including the International Copper Association.

Prior to Hindalco, Mr. Mohla worked with Shriram Pistons & Rings (DCM Shriram Group) and Flowserve (Sanmar Group) in the automotive and industrial equipment sector.
