Mr. Poorav Sheth

Mr. Sheth leads the IT and digital transformation programmes at Hindalco, leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency, elevate customer experience and foster a culture of digital innovation and agility.

He is a seasoned transformation leader with over 28 years in technology and business strategy across industries and geographies. With deep expertise in areas of digital transformation, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, customer experience, he is also an eminent speaker and panellist at multiple industry forums.

Prior to joining Hindalco, Mr. Sheth was the Chief Digital Officer at Godrej & Boyce, where he successfully led digital transformation initiatives across 14 businesses in the group.  In the past he was the CDIO at Piramal Glass, Digital Consulting leader for Asia-Pac at L&T Infotech and founder of a startup.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball and keeping up to date with technology trends, agile leadership, and everything related to AI.
