Hindalco is proud to celebrate a remarkable achievement by Ravi Singh from the Boiler Co-Generation Department at Hindalco Renukoot, who has earned the honour of representing India at the 8th World Qwan Ki Do Championship in Bucharest Romania.
Bringing together top athletes from around the world, the championship is one of the most prestigious events in the sport. Adding to this milestone, Ravi has become the first athlete from Uttar Pradesh to qualify for participation in the international championship.
Qwan Ki Do is a traditional Vietnamese martial art that combines self-defence techniques with discipline, fitness, and mental strength. The sport focuses on developing agility, endurance, coordination, and self-control through combat techniques, forms, and controlled sparring.
Balancing professional responsibilities with an unwavering passion for sports, Ravi’s journey reflects years of dedication, perseverance, and disciplined training. Through years of consistent practice and commitment, he has carved a place for himself on the global stage while continuing to contribute to Hindalco with equal sincerity.
Speaking about this milestone, Ravi shared, “Representing India on the world stage is a matter of immense pride and honour for me. I will give my best with complete dedication and confidence to make the country proud.”
